You will gain my experience and insight into what works and what doesn't work in your system based on the unique way your business runs. Discussions that uncover the results you need and desire coupled with a detailed breakdown of your current hardware and software will determine if your system is up to the task.

My advice ranges from simple modifications in existing software and possible changes in company procedures to new hardware and software based on where you are now and how you want to grow. The existing great pieces of your system become the core from where we start to build a better system. Increased automation and controls along with easy to use interfaces and less time-consuming tasks will result in a more productive and accurate workforce. Your improved system will function as the business management tool it is meant to be.

As a consultant, I feel that impartiality is the only ethical way to do business. If my recommendations include hardware and software that I do not currently support, I will suggest one of my associates to complete that part of the project.
